Alexis helped me after our policy with state farm hadn't been renewed because of a stipulation we weren't told about (Fyi, if you have a home owners policy through state farm for less than a year you will automatically lose it if you file a claim in that first year).
She was amazing at helping us find the best deal between a few different insurance companies and helping us get it put into place quickly so we didn't face any lapses or charges from the mortgage company.

ARI Agency charged my daughter $260 a month for Progressive car insurance. Which is outrageous. Checking Progressive.com for an online quote it was half of that, $125 a month. We cancelled and switched to State Farm for $75 a month. This is the same exact coverage. I am not sure why their charged rate was so high. I didn't know that independent agents charge different than the insurance company quote. I advise everyone to check their rate from this agency with the rate directly from their insurance company. You too may be stuffing ARI's pockets with pure profit and no added benefit. I will never use ARI again.

Melinda Briiks and her staff are second to none. My wife and I used her company to purchase auto, health, and umbrella coverage insurance. Melinda always closely monitors the process to make sure the everything is fully completed. If I have questions, she is always available and gets me timely and accurate information. Additionally, her company provides insurance for many other purposes. I highly recommend Melinda.

Alexis with ARI helped me with Builder’s Risk Insurance and Auto for our cars, she was professional, friendly, responsive and detailed. Our Auto insurance was considerably lower than the coverage provided by our carrier in Michigan, I highly recommend her for any insurance coverage that you are considering.

Small town insurance agency. Very Friendly and they work really hard to make a difference on a personal level. Never underestimate Melinda or Lexi. They will make your needs and budget their priority. Authorized Progressive agents. Best rates I can find and I always pay my insurance for the year with them.

I had been in Hospital with double pneumonia for a few days. yes my payment was late regularly but agency told me I would have to call the insurance company my self that they could not reinstate the policy, so I called Foremost my self to find out that the Agency could reinstate it but Mr. did not want to do it said he was loosing money how? I paid the last charges and paid the payments too. They wanted to go up on my cost is what it comes down to. SO I CAN NOT recommend this Agency.
